MMP Consultancy are currently seeking an experienced Gas Surveyor to join our Client in EssexThe Main duties for this role are the following:* Carry out Day to day running of the domestic gas servicing, maintenance and repairs contract. * Managing the domestic annual gas servicing to the boroughs housing stock, repairs and also the planned replacement of domestic gas equipment including boilers and full central heating systems. * Carrying out onsite inspections, including pre and post works. * Liaising and managing the gas partner as necessary. * Dealing with residents and resident complaints. * Checking and agreeing estimates for works both using SORs and quoted works.What you will need: * Our Client requires you to have access to your own car what you will be paid £0.45p Per mile for any work-related mileage.
