Field Service EngineerBased from: Essex.Service Areas Include: Essex, North London, Ipswich and Milton Keynes.£26,000 to £28,000 + OTE of £30,000 to £32,000 from working 1 weekend in 3 + Holidays + Bank Holidays + Company Transit Van + Pension + Training and Progression Opportunity Long Term.Field Service Engineer required for a rapidly growing Service and installation Company of Commercial Cleaning equipment. This is a role with room for progression alongside the businesses growth plans.The Successful Field Service Engineer will be mechanically or electrically biased, with some skills/knowledge in the other. Backgrounds that would transfer would be Forklift Engineers, HGV Technicians, those with experience on Wind Farms, Industrial Cleaning Machinery, Manufacturing or Ex Forces. Those from other background with varied Mechanical and Electrical experience are also encouraged to apply.The Field Service Engineer Role:* Reactive and PPM maintenance on clients sites within your allocated service area, with the occasional cover to other locations.* Working on Mechanically: Fans, Compressors, Pneumatics, Hoses and some Plumbing work.* Working on Electrically: PLC controls and Motors.* Working an average of 4 jobs per day.* Checking stock of the van and ordering parts.* Receiving job instructions from the senior engineer.* Ensuring high levels of customer service is maintained. * Working outdoors frequently.The Successful Field Service Engineer:* You will be Mechanically or Electrically biased, with some skills/knowledge in the other.* Backgrounds that would transfer would be Forklift Engineers, HGV Technicians, those with experience on Wind Farms, Industrial Cleaning Machinery, Manufacturing or Ex Forces.* Those from other background with varied Mechanical and Electrical experience are also encouraged to apply.
