Home based, tenant facing Facilities Manager, is needed for a very varied role involving the FM services and client relationships across as portfolio of multi-tenanted sites across Essex. You must have multi-site and multi-tenant experience (managing agent) and ideally service charge budget preparation and good exposure to tenant and landlord management issues.Ideally you will have good all round facilities management experience as a Facilities Manager within a managing agent - but multi-site experience is essential. You will be in a 360 degree role looking after service charge budget preparation, contractor management, client & tenant liaison, problem solving, hard & soft services, Health & Safety and providing a good quality facilities service.
