A team within a big corporate, with a startup spirit, every member of our team responds positively to breaking new ground and are willingto challenge current practice and to be challenged themselves.About the jobThe Email Marketing and CRM Manager plays a key role in shaping POLS Internationals customer experience. They will be responsible for ensuring that we have a best in class direct customer communication strategy, that drives lead generation, nurturing andconversion. The role holder will be the expert within the Marketing team, guiding and supporting colleagues in the delivery of highly effective email campaigns, as well as other direct communication campaigns.We are looking for a talented individual who are both creative and technically savvy. They will work closely with Partnership Marketing Managers and the Content team to curate engaging and impactful content. They will also be working closely with the dataand technical teams to ensure we have the right platforms, integration and processes to roll out the communication strategy.The Email Marketing and CRM Manager has the opportunity to work across different University Partnerships and online programmes that will require a different communication plan or optimisation approach. Never a dull moment!This role will also be working with the Head of Marketing in managing the relationship and performance of marketing agencies and third party suppliers. This position reports to the Head of Marketing.We are a new and dynamic team, often exploring new angles to stay at the forefront of Higher Education marketing. We are looking for individuals who bring expertise and new ideas to the table, and to grow with the business as part of a high performing team.Key Responsibilities: Map the ideal customer communication journey and identify gaps and opportunities to deliver better customer communication and experience. Working with Head of Marketing and other OPM colleagues to develop a digital communication strategy for the different audience group, using existing channels such as email and SMS. Explore new channels and opportunities to better deliver content or messages to our customers. Create test plans to ensure continuous learning and optimisation of campaign performance.Delivery and optimisation Design and roll out automated and ad hoc email campaigns based to drive customer engagement and conversion. Ensure email content, design and delivery are continuously optimised for maximum return. Develop email templates that are both engaging and user-friendly.Performance management and reporting Ensure all campaign performance are tracked, analysed and reported on a regular basis. Develop user-friendly reporting templates / dashboards to help stakeholders understand campaign performance.Collaboration and stakeholder management Work closely with colleagues in the Marketing team to ensure the communication campaigns align with other activities such as organic or paid advertising, website optimisation and face to face or virtual events. Ensure campaign plans are documented and clearly communicated to relevant stakeholders. Facilitate workshops to discuss and share best practice in email marketing.Supporting the team Be the subject matter expert and support the training and development of the Marketing team Support the Head of Marketing in the development and delivery of the Digital Marketing StrategyWhat we are looking for in you Proficient in one or more email marketing and CRM platforms (Experience in SalesForce and Pardot is highly desirable) Proven experience in developing and executing email marketing strategy Proven experience in digital content development and delivery Experience in working with 3rd party design agencies Basic HTML knowledge is desirable Experience in building web analytics reporting dashboard is desirable Experience in developing and executing integrated digital marketing campaign is desirable Experience in Google Analytics and other web analytics tool is desirable Effective communication (verbal and written) skills Proficient in MS Office, with a special emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint and Word Proactive, solutions oriented and result driven Curious and innovative Great attention to detail Highly organised and calm under pressure Team player#LI=POSTJob: MARKETINGOrganization: Virtual LearningSchedule: FULL_TIMEReq ID: 8199
