We have once again partnered with one of the UKs fastest growing and largest independent advisory practices to help identify an M&A Corporate Finance Director or Partner.The firm has a national corporate finance presence with teams executing on small to mid-market transactions ranging £1m - £50m on average. The bulk of the completed transactions last year were a mix of fundraisers, buy and sell-side M&A, MBOs and special situation / AMA deals.With greater investment for 2021, the firm is keen to enter new geographies and strengthen existing locations to help further expand the current national advisory hubs.This hire is designed to bolster the firms existing presence in East Anglia and Essex by hiring an experienced corporate financier with some form of origination track record to work in tandem with the rest of the East Anglian / Essex corporate finance team.Although it is not essential for this person to have an existing local network or contacts, hiring someone with an origination skill set / track record will be important. Especially those that work closely with OMBs and can boast a deal sheet that contains a multitude of transactions up to £100m in deal size.If you are an experienced M&A professional and have a desire to either continue operating in the local East Anglian / Essex market OR seeking to move out of London and start building up a local network with the largest and number one corporate finance house in the region then do get in contact for a confidential discussion.
