Contracts Manager - Planned Works£65-75K + Car Allowance + BenefitsFull-Time, PermanentWorking with a leading Property Services and Construction Contractor, we are looking to recruit a Contracts Manager to join their team, covering London, Essex, and Hertfordshire.As a Contracts Manager, you will oversee a range of Planned Works and retrofit schemes compromising works such as; wall and loft installation, window and door replacements, ventilation and draughtproofing, low/no carbon heating, lighting and energy installations.You will be the clients main point of contact and ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget, to specification and to the highest possible quality.We are looking for somebody with experience of Planned Maintenance, ideally within the Social Housing sector. Retrofit knowledge and experience would be beneficial, but is not essential. You will be a natural leader, able to effectively manage and motivatea team, and will have strong communication skills as well as previous experience of a similar role.This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and driven Contracts Manager or a Senior Project Manager looking to progress, with a determined and motivated attitude.Contracts Manager Salary & PackageYou will be working for a modern, forward thinking business; that believes the strengths, skills and personalities of their people are the key to the groups success.
