Job Description

CNC Miller - Perm and Contract roles available £18 - 24 per hour (DOE) Normal days - Mon - Thu 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM - 1:00PM; flexible start availableImmediate start availableOvertime availableWe have an immediate permanent position available for a CNC Miller (Set, operate and program) to join a very well-established precision Engineering business in Essex. The successful CNC Miller will be experienced on either (or both) Fanuc / Heidenhain. Primary Job functions:To produce low volume, high quality machined parts for the Aerospace industry.Experience:

  • You must be able to demonstrate proven experience and successful track record in programming and operating CNC Mills.
  • Solid experience using hand held inspection equipment for the purpose of carrying out self-inspection of your machined parts.
  • Experience of working in machining workshop environment for 3 or more years.
  • Solid understanding of machining practices and H&S procedures.
