Job Description

Business Analyst (Change Management, GAP Analysis, Housing) Salary: £30,000 - £35,000Location: Essex / RemoteCloudnine Associates key client within the Housing sector and looking to hire a Business Analyst - The ideal candidate will be responsible in gathering and understanding the business needs on the project and business change initiative as part of the Business Change Function. The Business Analyst will work alongside the Process owners to understand the requirements of their departments, to act as a partner between the business and the Technology Teams to Identify links between department requirements and the Programme Plan and make recommendations on prioritisation and scale of requirements.The ideal candidate will have experience working within the Housing sector. You will be required to provide the following:

  • Demonstrate experience in a Business Analyst and Project management function.
  • Experience of working in a Housing Environment.
  • Experience of working on data related projects and data management principles.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks, including Projects and Change function support.
  • Effective communicator with a variety of stakeholders who can communicate complex and sometimes technical ideas and concepts in a clear and logical manner.
  • Able to work effectively in a team to deliver against agreed targets.
  • Ability to develop positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, and able to collate evidence quickly to diagnose problems and implement solutions.
