Our client have an exciting job opportunity for a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist to join our innovative and growing physiotherapy service based from their office in Laindon, Essex. They are looking for a hard working, self-motivated individual looking to engage in a new challenge. This role is offered on a full time basis working Monday - Friday between the hours of 8.30am and 5pm, 40 hours / 5 days per week. Applicants must have a formal qualification in Physiotherapy, and would ideally have a minimum of 2 years post graduate experience.This role will provide the successful candidate with an excellent opportunity to provide first class Physiotherapy services to a wide variety of patients within a clinic setting. As our clients Physiotherapist, they will provide you with a wide range of skills which will add more variety to your day compared to a typical MSK physiotherapy practice. They also understand the importance of a balanced home and work life and therefore your working days can be flexible based on your circumstances. The successful applicant will have a strong drive for continued professional development and a keen interest in evidence based practice. You will have the opportunity to work with some of their fantastic existing clinicians throughout the business to further develop a rounded skill set within musculoskeletal physiotherapy.Our client values quality over quantity, therefore 60 minutes are allocated for initial assessments and 30 minutes for follow up appointments as standard.They are looking for a candidate who wants a diverse physiotherapy role mixing clinical appointments, completing workplace assessments and developing and managing health promotions to the workforce.The successful applicant will be working in an occupational health department for a major car manufacturing company. The successful applicant will be working as the only physiotherapist on the site alongside OH Nurses and a Physician, and therefore must be competent to working alone in clinic whilst being remotely supported by a experienced Physiotherapy Site Manager.
