A leading Ground Restoration and Civil Engineering Contractor are recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager to join their team in South East England and support multiple land regeneration and mixed use development sites.It is anticipated that suitable candidates will have a Degree in Construction Management or a similar engineering subject. In addition to this, applicants must demonstrate a track record of site based supervision ideally relating to Remediation/Earthworks or Civil Engineering projects.Typical duties will include:- Overseeing day to day site operations including; inductions, logging of plant and materials, site tidiness- Coordinating site teams and helping the site manager with organisation and site health and safety- Liaising with the Project manager and reporting on site incidents, programme timeline, budgets etc.- Producing accurate and compliant site documentationRelevant health and safety site certificates such as CSCS or SMSTS are required.This is an excellent opportunity to move fast track towards Site Management.Interested in this role Please send your CV to Matt Thompson on or call for more information.
