Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Sole Payroll Specialist to join their team on a temporary basisDuties include;

  • To assist in the processing the sole payroll for over 500 employees
  • Processing new starters, leavers, changes in terms and conditions
  • Pension auto enrolment, change of address and bank details, loans and court orders, variable data changes
  • Using excel on a daily basis to update changes and complete reporting
  • Full start to finish processing and completing P11ds
  • To take the lead role in processing the payroll for the provider to complete
  • Processing sick leave deductions, SSP, SMP, HMRC RTI, New starters, leavers
  • Changes in terms and conditions, updating and moving towards a more automated process
  • Pension - auto enrolment, change of address and bank details, loans and court orders, variable data changes
  • Furlough payment processing
