A Science Technician is needed ASAP in a dynamic Secondary School in South East London.This Science Technician role will be full time, up to February Half Term for now.Ideal applicants for this Science Technician role will have experience of working in a school lab environment.The school is seeking a Science Technician that has the ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.You must be able to prepare and organise practical science lessons in order to be considered for this Science Technician post.Knowledge of proper Health & Safety storage and handling of Science materials/equipment will be a key part of this Science Technician role.The rate of pay for this Science Technician position will be between £70 to £100 a day, depending on the qualifications and experiences of each applicant.The SchoolA Good mixed school in Bexley, with a wide range of excellent Sports facilities.There motto is Learning Changes Lives.The school is an all-through, with pupils for Reception through to Sixth Form on site.Sports & Health is the schools specialism, with a lot of importance placed on Physical, Mental and Social Wellbeing.Sports competitions at the school are a staple, with the main games being for Football, Badminton, Handball, Netball, Basketball and Cricket.Based on past exam results, the school has been placed in the top 18% of schools nationally.Four learning hubs form the foundation of the school - World Studies, Creative Voice, Active Science & Enterprise.The local community has also provided positive feedback towards the pupils, saying they are very well mannered and behaved.Good manners, strong discipline and smart appearance are at the core of the schools values.
