Job Description

School Administrator - BexleyComplete Classroom Services is working with a Primary School based in Bexley that are looking for an Administrator on a temp to perm basis.As an administrator you will be responsible for:

  • Answering the phones and greeting all visitors
  • Updating and inputting pupil data and attendance on Arbor
  • Typing letters and other admin tasks as directed by the office manager
  • Attendance calls
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Experience as an administrator in a school setting
  • Experience using Arbor or SIMS
  • Good time management and be hardworking
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Have or be willing to process an enhanced DBS certificate
The hours for this role will either be 08:00 - 16:00 and the pay will be between £13 and £16 per hour.This is a full time, term time only position.If you meet the above criteria, we look forward to receiving your application for the role.
