We are looking for an experienced Health and Safety Officer to join a rapidly growing manufacturing business in Kent.This will initially be a 6 month Fixed Term Contract, but has the possibility to become a permanent role, so ideally would suit someone who is immediately available and is local to Dartford/Erith area.Our client have had significant investment from a multinational business, and only began operations in 2021, but have quickly established themselves as a strong brand amongst their customers. The business operate out of a large, purpose-built factory, producinga range of products for consumers across the UK.The Health and Safety Officer role has been created to provide support to the compliance team, working alongside the Quality Manager and other members of the management team to continually develop processes, SOPs and culture towards health and safety onsite in line with the core ISO standards (ISO 14001, 45001 and 9001).The successful candidate for the Health and Safety Officer role will have the following background:
