Job Description

As part of an ongoing expansion for a newly-formed manufacturing business, we are currently recruiting for a dynamic and driven Customer Service and Telesales Administrator to work closely with the Sales team and wider business to provide high levels ofservice at all times to their customer base.Our client are backed by a large multinational business and are growing a new business unit in the UK. They have taken over a very large, state of the art factory space and invested heavily into new industry-leading machinery to produce their products.You are coming on board at an early and very crucial stage for this business. You will get the chance to be involved in putting together the building blocks for the business and become a core part of the organisation moving forward - and whilst this maysound a little clich, this is certainly one of those opportunities that doesnt come around often.The role:The Customer Service and Telesales Administrator will provide administrative and back end support to the field based Business Development Managers within the Sales team. This will be a very fast-paced environment, where you will need to be proactive, forwardthinking and commercially minded in your approach to work to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled.You will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing a high level of customer service to a range of customers
  • Communicating via email and telephone - with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Taking and processing of customer orders
  • Handling and providing a resolution to complaints and queries.
  • Working with a comprehensive and thorough understanding of the business process and procedures
The successful candidate for the Customer Service and Telesales Administrator role will have the following background:
  • Extensive customer service/telesales experience.
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High levels of attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst prioritising multiple tasks at once.
  • Embraces working in a fast-paced environment and supporting a range of areas within a high-growth business.
