Job Description

JOB TITLE: Bid Coordinator (Construction)LOCATION: ErithSALARY: £25k-£30kHOURS: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm***Please note no experience in Bid Writing necessary! This role would suit an experienced writer from any background or a Graduate/equivalent who is passionate about writing with proven experience writing to deadlines***Wed love to speak to candidates who have:

  • Excellent written communication- perfect grammar, spelling and ability to proof read
  • Great time management skills- able to hit multiple deadlines
  • Confident when communicating with internal staff at all levels
  • Ambitious
Duties will include:
  • Liaising with departments to obtain project information
  • Producing corporate bids/tenders
  • Completing PQQ forms
  • Writing case studies for key projects- Opportunities to travel to depots/sites to see projects in action
  • Writing information for company brochures
  • Applying for industry awards and writing statements
  • Assisting sales teams with PowerPoint presentations
