We are looking for a temporary Senior Database Officer with the CRM ThankQ ideally to help work with the data team with their workload, you will need reporting , Data Importing and data administration experience.The Company: Leading social welfare charityThe Role:Database administration tasks e.g. duplicate recordsDelivery of simple reports through SQL / ExcelData import processesMonitoring of team’s inbox and briefing in tasksThe Candidate:Previous data management and reporting experience using a CRM database, ideally ThankQ.Experience of working with large data sets using Excel, Access and/or SQL Access Database skills Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office or similarStrong logical/numerate skills and attention to detail Experience of high-level database administration, query writing, prospect and contact management, data imports and exports, and report creationExcellent customer service/communication skills.IMPORTANT NOTE Our aim is to respond to all successful applications within 5 days.
