Apply today to be a part of our Award-Winning Charitable Organisation!Active Prospects is recruiting for a Support Worker to join one of our supported living services in West Ewell, Surrey.Located in West Ewell, this service supports and assists 3 adults with autism and mental health needs to live independently in their own flat. The aim for this service is to support people to do activities to achieve their goals and aspirations as well aslearning independent life skills.As a Support Worker, you will be included in creating activities and ensuring the people we support receive a great level of care within their home. You will be supporting them to achieve their goals and aspirationsno matter how big or small they are and to promote independence by learning new skills.With the great support of your manager and our interactive training programme, you will learn about how to administer medication and how to provide excellent care for people we support.Ideal candidates for this role will be required to have excellent listening and communication skills with empathy and positive support approach.As an employee of Active Prospects, you will be entitled to our range of benefits such as:
