Job Description

Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a prestigious employer based in Epsom, who are seeking a Customer Solutions Executive to join their team.The Customer Solutions team’s focus is to speak to and retain customers who are coming to the end of their contract, or who might be looking to move to another brand.Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and retaining a portfolio of existing customers
  • Proactively contacting customers to retain their business, by exploring the options available to them
  • Providing customers with a tailored quotation
  • Liaising with third parties to ensure customers’ expectations are met
  • Managing referrals from internal staff members
  • Building strong relationships with customers
In order to be considered for this role, you will need the following:
  • Educated to minimum GCSE (or equivalent) with grades of C or above
  • Experience within a proactive customer focused role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Driven by goals and objectives
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel with the ability to learn new systems
