Job Description

Our client, a well established and highly reputable financial services provider is looking for an experienced customer services professional, who has worked within an FCA regulated environment, to join their busy and thriving team.Duties include:-

  • Administration and Customer services for mortgages and savings
  • Liaison with customers, and other third parties, promoting products and building strong relationships
  • Dealing with customer queries by telephone or email
  • Day to day administration
  • Opening accounts, dealing with mortgage repayments, assisting underwriters
  • Dealing with ISAs including transfers in and out
    • Candidates should be able to demonstrate their customer services ability and have experience, ideally of mortgages and savings. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward thinking organisation that can offer long term stability and prospects.
