Job Description

Reed Marketing and Creative are looking for an Employee Communications and Engagement Officer to join a well-established financial services business on an 18-month FTC (high possibility of becoming permanent). This is a newly created international role thatoffers excellent opportunity to make your mark within a successful financial services business who have been running for 34 years.Hybrid working - 5 days a week role (my client would consider 4 days a week) 2 days a week at home per week and the rest in the Epsom officeRole:The Employee Communications and Engagement Officer will be responsible for driving key strategic communication and employee engagement projects across entities in the Europe and Africa Region (20+ countries).You will also be responsible for the design and delivery of timely and compelling content to be shared across internal and external channels, this role will have the employee experience at the heart of everything it does! There is opportunity for travelas you support the launch of exciting new projects. This is a fantastic role for somebody that enjoys employee engagement, employee branding and comes from a strong communicationsbackground.Key Projects:

  • Manage intranet re-brand. Providing a seamless and engaging user experience, driving engagement to ensure it becomes the communications platform.
  • Work with the HR Manager to project manage the creation and implementation of Employer Branding and Employee Value Proposition to support talent attraction and retention.
  • Project management of the employee engagement.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop, plan and implement employee communications that brings to life the vision, values and culture to employees
  • Create thoughtful, creative campaigns that drive engagement across diverse & international groups of employees
  • Use new and innovative ideas to help us communicate more effectively
  • Multi-media content creation for communications channels, both internal and external
  • Ensure our communications are on brand and compliant with regulatory guidelines e.g. GDPR
  • Track communications campaign engagement, learn and develop approaches to ensure communications are continually optimised for success
  • Be an active part of a global network of communications professionals to work together to deliver aligned and engaging best practice communications
  • Develop effective networks and relationships at all levels in the business to influence and provide communication leadership and advice
  • Work closely with EAR IT to ensure efficient use of existing platforms e.g. Teams and The Hub
  • Liaise with respective teams to ensure communication channels are considered as part of the expansion plans. Fostering a positive employee experience for new starters
  • Support People & Culture with executive messaging, crisis communications and internal business communications.
