Reed Marketing and Creative are looking for an Employee Communications and Engagement Officer to join a well-established financial services business on an 18-month FTC (high possibility of becoming permanent). This is a newly created international role thatoffers excellent opportunity to make your mark within a successful financial services business who have been running for 34 years.Hybrid working - 5 days a week role (my client would consider 4 days a week) 2 days a week at home per week and the rest in the Epsom officeRole:The Employee Communications and Engagement Officer will be responsible for driving key strategic communication and employee engagement projects across entities in the Europe and Africa Region (20+ countries).You will also be responsible for the design and delivery of timely and compelling content to be shared across internal and external channels, this role will have the employee experience at the heart of everything it does!
