The salary range for this position is £36,989- £40,146 per annum based on a 36-hour working week. As part of our capital development works and investment we have developed and built state of the art childrens homes in Walton on Thames andEpsom. The homes are brand new and waiting for a committed staff team to join us and offer outstanding care for our children and young people.We have three Deputy Manager positions available across our new childrens homes and this is an exciting time to join us and develop your career in our brand-new homes, helping to shape the new teams so they are ready to welcome our first children and youngpeople through the doors.Each of our residential homes is a specialist in a specific area of need and we are therefore looking for people with a passion to help children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties who may also be at risk of exploitation, and/orchildren with disabilities.About the RoleAs a Deputy you will be the heart and soul of our new homes, working alongside the Manager and other Deputy Managers to provide operational leadership and make sure everything runs smoothly with the day to day running and management of our homes and anylinked services.
