Job Description

Switchboard, Reception & Post-room SupervisorEnfieldSalary £25,000Our client, a privately owned residential development and housebuilding group operating in London and based in Enfield.They currently require an additional member of staff to lead the team of 9 on reception, switchboard, and post room at the head office.In addition to the normal reception and switchboard duties undertaken by all members of the team, the role is responsible for:

  • Managing variations to the teams normal working hours to cover holidays and sickness.
  • All aspects of staff management, including recruitment and training, as required.
  • Liaison with the companys IT department as necessary for equipment and technical support
  • Ensuring the reception area is well-presented and opened and closed each day at the appropriate times.
  • Ensuring adequate stocks of stationery and printed material are ordered and maintained.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as they arise.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a flexible and helpful approach to the varied role.
