Regional Sales Manager - Single Ply RoofingJob Title: Regional Sales Manager - Single Ply RoofingIndustry Sector: Flat roofing, waterproofing, refurbishment, new build commercial, local authorities, housing associations, building surveyors, refurbishment surveyors, building owners, roofing contractors & main contractorsArea to be covered: North London & Northern Home CountiesRemuneration: DOEBenefits: Fully expensed Car & Full BenefitsThe role of the Regional Sales Manager Single Ply Roofing will involve:

  • Field sales position promoting PVC & FPO single ply membranes, insulation and accessories
  • Working as a product champion, you will offer advice and support to field sales representatives within your region that have a single ply roofing enquiries/ projects
  • Establishing our client as a market leader within the sector
  • Promoting products to approved contractors, main contractors, developers and specifies
  • Managing and developing current supply single-ply supply chain agreements and supply chain contractors
  • Building and expanding our clients’ contractor network in conjunction with the field sales team
  • Assisting in design meetings, technical presentations and CPD seminars
  • Working with the marketing team on promotional/ marketing activities
  • Focusing on refurbishment and new build commercial projects
    • The ideal applicant will be a Regional Sales Manager Single Ply Roofing with:
  • Single ply roofing sales experience
  • Ideally with contacts within roofing contractors, main contractors, developers and specifies on patch
  • Team player
  • Strong commercial abilities
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Surveying knowledge/ experience may be useful
  • Technical waterproofing experience
