Job Description

SvensktalandeIf youre a Swedish speaker with experience in customer service for businesses or universities, we have a job that might be perfect for you. The Swedish-speaking Customer Account Manager position primarily focuses on supporting existing academic and business clients. Youll need to work from our clients Enfield or Didcot offices for a few days each week, but youll also have the opportunity to workremotely.This role is not sales-related; you would serve as your customers primary point of contact. Your duties will involve responding to inquiries and resolving issues related to approving, ordering, and delivering services to libraries, businesses, and academicinstitutions worldwide. You will be a multilingual team member in an expanding global organisation.The RoleYou would be the primary point of contact for existing Nordic business customers, providing a full range of support, including:

  • Responding to customer enquiries promptly and professionally, mainly by email
  • coordinating with other account managers plus the sales and technical or logistics teams where necessary to resolve customer issues
  • resolving technical queries with the online platform
  • providing training to customers as required to enable them to use the online portal
  • keeping customer records updated in the CRM database
  • The Candidate
You must:
  • have experience of working with business customers by email/phone in Sweden
  • be a very fluent Swedish speaker (with excellent written skills)
  • speak and write English at a high level
  • have experience of taking and managing orders from business customers
  • have previous experience in an office-based customer service role in the UK
Experience in publishing, libraries or dealing with B2B relationships with academic institutions would be helpful but optional.The company has offices near Enfield, north of London and near Didcot, south of Oxford.This is a full-time position at 37.5 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.We read and acknowledge every CV.
