Our Client based in Enfield is looking for a Technical IT CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR WITH FLUENT SPANISJH AND PORTUGUESE1. The Post: Summary: The Job specialises in performing technical support to clients offering software and IT solutions.Provide first line diagnostic/troubleshooting support and technical expertise via phone and email to ensure customer satisfactionAnswer customer questions and inquiries across entire suite of products Perform problem determination / problem source identification to understand the root cause of a customers issueCollaborate and negotiate with other support operations/organizations to prioritize and diagnose problems to resolutionInstruct clientswith explanation of product features, installation, configuration, and deployment of product upgrades both verbally and in writingCommunicate action plans to the client or representative as appropriate Troubleshoot and resolve specific product related issues£37K per annum basic plus commission (uncapped)22 days holiday up to 3 years service24 days holiday 5 years plus26 days holiday 7 years plus28 days holiday 10 years plusWorkplace pension scheme (available after 3 months service)Ideally you will be degree educated and have minimum of 1years Experience in Web Tech or Software Support.Excellent knowledge of MS wordGood organiserTeam playerWorlwide company offering excellent training and oppotunities for the right candidate.
