Job Description

Our client is seeking a proven multi-skilled engineer to join their growing service team. You will have experience with repairing, maintaining and installing electro mechanical equipment.Responsibilities:

  • Install, repair, and maintain laundry equipment including but not limited to washing machines, dryers, ironers and finishing equipment
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment problems
  • Order and replace parts as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of all service calls and repairs
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance on all laundry equipment
  • Train and educate customers on proper use and maintenance of equipment
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a mechanical/electrical engineering role
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Must have a valid drivers license
