Are you an organized and customer-focused individual We have an exciting opportunity for a customer service sales administrator with previous experience in the rental and equipment hire industry based in Enfield.Job Responsibilities:Assisting the sales team and manager in a range of sales administrative dutiesDeal with customer queries and provide excellent serviceOpening of new accounts for clientsCredit checks on new accountsRaise contracts for equipment rental and hire.Perform various administrative tasks to support daily operations.Applicant ExperienceCustomer service skills telephonic and emailPrevious experience within a sales officeMaintaining CRM data baseUnderstanding of rental and hire agreements would be an advantageGood level of computer literacy in MS Office packages.
