We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Private Client Probate Solicitor to join our team.The Role:As a Private Client (Probate) Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of probate matters. You will provide expert legal advice, support, and representation to our clients during what can be a difficulttime.Key Responsibilities:

Administering estates of varying complexity.
Preparing and advising on wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Providing tax planning advice and dealing with inheritance tax matters.
Establishing and administering trusts.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with experience in private client work.
Strong experience in probate and estate administration.
Excellent client care and communication skills.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
