Job Description

Mechanical Fitter£30,000 - £35,000 + Benefits.EnfieldAlecto Recruitment are currently seeking a Mechanical Fitter to work on an Anaerobic Digestion Facility in Enfield.The successful candidate will be expected to assist with the maintenance of equipment covering 2,500 acres of land including Loading Shovels, Shredders, Screeners and potentially some Pumps and valves at times.Job BriefTo support the Engineering Team.During this role, you will be required to;

  • Work alongside a variety of skilled and unskilled team members.
  • Comply with all health and safety to the highest standard.
  • Carry out preventative, responsive and pre-planned mechanical maintenance.
  • Be able to use Computer to a reasonable standard.
Requirements
  • MUST have experience with welding and fabricating.
  • MUST have at least a Level 2 or equivalent in Mechanical or Plant Engineering.
  • It would be a plus to have experience within process plant, production/manufacturing or similar industries.
  • Good understanding of Health & Safety and Continuous Improvement.
Package Details
  • Salary varies between £30,000 and £35,000 a year.
  • This role is worked on a Monday to Friday basis.
  • This opportunity comes with a vast amount of training and a clear progression route within the company.
