This is an exciting opportunity to join Direct Mole - an established utilities company. We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our team based in Enfield. You will be reporting to the Managing Director and working closely with the Contracts Manager and Supervisors.Duties will include:· Weekly subcontractor payments for 50+ operatives· Weekly input of track-sheets and/or invoices to client portals· Monthly management accounts, purchase ledger control supplier payments and CIS returns· Assisting with tenders, insurances and all other finance related tasksSkills and Experience required:·Demonstratable experience of working with CIS and SAGE.· Highly proficient in Excel· Ability to work to fixed deadlines· Strong attention to detail· Ability to quickly learn new systems.
