As a new member of our team, youll receive comprehensive induction and training to develop the skills and knowledgeessential for success in your role, including proficiency in our specialized software.Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and engage with prospective clients through strategic sales calls, nurturing business relationships.
  • Conduct client visits to present our exceptional services, close deals, and solidify partnerships.
  • Manage and expand existing client accounts, ensuring outstanding service delivery.
  • Develop and grow your personal client portfolio to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Recruit and register candidates, ensuring accurate documentation and records both manually and electronically.
  • Efficiently plan and oversee daily/weekly client bookings, utilizing effective marketing and advertising strategies to fill job roles promptly.
  • Resolve client and candidate inquiries and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Uphold compliance with internal and industry standards, policies, and procedures, maintaining our reputation for reliable and quality drivers and logistics staff.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated ability to drive business growth through new client acquisition and building strong relationships.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, following processes with precision.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
