A fantastic opportunity has become available within our Digital Marketing and Ecommerce team, we are seeking a Digital Marketing Intern who will support the team with developing and growing Academia’s online business using optimisation strategies to attract relevant traffic, analysing data to spot trends and propose improvements to functionality to provide the best possible customer experience. The Digital Marketing Intern will be based at our Head office, located in Enfield.You will be responsible for: • Ensuring webstores are built to a high standard using Academia templates. • Uploading product content (descriptions, images etc) Ensuring that product pages & pricing are up to date and accurate. • Updating the website with new content. • Carry out competitor analysis to improve our offerings. • Producing reports on ecommerce sales figures, website conversions and overall performance, plus ad hoc reporting as they arise and depending on the needs within the business. • Testing and optimising the websites/stores and customer journey, based on data and customer feedback. • Monitor sites performance across key metrics and provide insight and recommendations on improvements. • Deliver digital marketing campaigns to drive conversion rates and generate leads thought SEO strategies & PPC campaigns.
