Job Description

Working in partnership with Oakland Care, we are presenting a fantastic opportunity to commission a new luxury care home in Enfield where you can join a caring, fun and forward-thinking team and a business where values to Live, Love and Be Loved are at the centre of everything that they do.As Registered Home Manager, you will be responsible for the commissioning and effective management of this newly built 75 bed home, with amazing features and outstanding design.As the Manager, you will:

  • Ensure that the home is fully compliant with CQC, aiming towards Outstanding
  • Successfully lead & develop your team, adopting a coaching and mentoring approach
  • Set up and develop communication links and relationships in the local community
  • Effectively market the home to ensure a great reputation in the area is established
  • Take part in audits, feedback action points to Heads of Departments and track progress
  • Analyse financial statements and manage budgets
    • You will have
  • Previously managed a care facility, ideally within a nursing setting
  • A genuine passion for ensuring your residents live life to the fullest
  • A good understanding of CQC regulations and compliance guidelines
  • Strong commercial acumen with a solid business focus
  • Previous commissioning or project management experience
