Job Description

Assessment Officer- Enfield£18.66-£21.81(umbrella rate)9am-5pm3 months initiallyThe role

  • Assessing and setting up payment plans suitable to the customer.
  • Dealing with complex collection matters to a high standard.
  • Assessing the customers income related matters such as income related benefits and other reductions.
  • Provide a service accessible for all.
  • Understand and be responsive to the needs of customers, offering technical assessment and collection advice and guidance both written and verbally.
Requirements
  • Experienced in providing collection/financial assessment services.
  • Experience of processing income related and other claims, changes in circumstance and other enquiries within a collection/assessment related environment delivering high quality services
  • Good written and oral communications skills and the ability to communicate complex matters effectively to customers.
  • An adaptable individual.
  • Good IT/Technical skills, knowledge.
