Job Description

3rd Line Support EngineerPLEASE NOTE

  • OUTSIDE IR35 @ £250 per day
  • 6 month contract - extended to 18 months or more
  • Onsite working in Enfield (this is not a hybrid role (for now)
Were seeking a skilled 3rd Line IT Engineer for diverse projects and to support other technical teams with third-line escalations.Engage with clients and vendors to ensure positive communication and assist the junior team through mentoring.Key Skills and Responsibilities:
  • Background in generalist 3rd Line Technical Support Engineer / Consulting
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 administration, maintenance, and best practices
  • Proficient in working with Exchange 365 and MS Azure
  • Deliver client-facing technical solutions
  • Work with MDM solutions like Mobileiron
  • Proficient in virtualization (VMWare or Hyper-V), SANs, and related technologies
  • Utilize IT Helpdesk platforms for ticket resolution and escalation
  • Experience with Backup Product Sets like Druva
  • Proficiency in Firewall technologies (Cisco/Fortinet)
  • Troubleshoot and deploy Windows servers, network devices, and IP Phone systems
  • Strong understanding of TCPIP/DNS/DHCP
  • Wi-Fi technology experience (Ubiquiti/Meraki)
  • Lead small migration projects and provide helpdesk reporting to management
