Job Description

SRG Recruitment are working with a local Leicester business who are based in Enderby in Leicester. They are looking to add to their existing team and hire a Scheduling Administrator.The Company: is a leading installer and maintenance provider of various sports surfaces in the UK and has been established for 25 years.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company, the marker leader in Synthetic sport surface maintenance with a clear career path and promotion into senior positions.The position would be suitable for someone who has 12 Months Scheduling Administration Experience and has a confident and outgoing personality.Processing of customer orders and Scheduling of work in a profitable manner. This will involve liaison with the clients to ensure the facilities are free to carry out the contracts whilst also ensuring that maintenance technician and/orsub-contractors have all necessary details/materials/machinery to carry out the works and arranging delivery / collections/ servicing/ repair where required.

  • Placing orders via Sage to ensure that all equipment at the necessary time.
  • Help to organise routine maintenance/repair of fleet vehicles/maintenance machinery/plant.
  • Undertaking regular stock checks and monitoring usage to ensure profitability of contracts and control against theft.
  • Processing of customer orders.
  • Scheduling of works to ensure maximum productivity.
  • Liaison with customers to book in work and build relationship.
  • Handling of customer work queries/complaints and trying to resolve the situation or escalating to relevant level.
  • Matching resources against demand to ensure maximum productivity and reporting any deficiencies in a timely manner.
  • Raising orders and checking Purchase Orders, updating CRM system
  • Carrying out weekly stock checks and monitoring usage.
  • Collating contract information, analysing and producing management information.
  • Liaison with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the company.
  • Organising servicing/ repair to plant/ machinery/vehicles and if necessary delivering/collecting items to ensure smooth running of operation.
  • Building a knowledge of what machinery is used for what process.
  • Managing a work force that are out in the field completing the work
  • Booking hotelsSalary & Working Hours
  • £22,000 - £26,000
  • Working Days : Monday - Friday
  • Working Hours: Either 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm ( Flexible )
