Location: LeicesterSalary: £30,000 - £45,000 pa Hours: Full Time (flexible working policy)The Corporate Tax Manager will join the existing team of a long-established independent accounting practice based in Leicester. The diverse role will see you being part of a team, you will be allocated projects and work and helping develop team members. As a Corporate Tax Manager, you will be responsible for:*The tax relationship on a portfolio of medium clients, ensuring assignments are effectively managed, including the annual compliance process, and other tax matters.*Identifying and leading on advisory work and tax planning opportunities, and projects including technical analysis, report writing, due diligence assignments, clearance applications and implementation.*Participating in client meetings and manage client expectations *Working with junior staff to support develop their career.The successful candidate will bring:*CTA qualifications or qualified by experience*Experience of working in practice and a good understanding of corporate tax*Working knowledge of IRIS or AlphaTax, Croner i LibraryCIPP qualification, although this is not essential*Good attention to detail and excellent communication skillsBenefits package includes flexible working policy, 34 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays), private healthcare, free onsite car parking, death in service, and performance development.
