Job Title: Complaints Handler Contract: Full Time, Permanent Location: South Leicester, LE19 Salary: £22,000 - £23,000 Start Date: ASAP Hybrid Working - 3 days in the office 2 days working from home.The Commercial Division are currently working with a well-established UK based organization to recruit for a Complaints Handler to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. This opportunity is a newly created role due to business growth and demand forsomebody to be specialized within this field. As a Complaints Handler, you will be the direct point of contact to investigate and resolve the senior complaints across the Customer Service department. You will partner alongside the Team Leaders and Management to discuss, investigate and work together tocreate a positive solution for each individual case. Your responsibilities will include: - Being the first point of contact to handle complaints and escalations. - Ensure that all complaints are handled and resolved within a timely manner. - Managing your own workload, ensuring that key tasks are prioritized. - Building effective business relationships at all levels, to work together across multiple departments and with customers to get to an end positive and fair outcome. - Ensuring all investigations of complaints are recorded accurately on the shared system, ensuring that any documentation is also recorded. - Reporting on trend analysis, ensuring that operational feedback is provided and actioned to avoid further complaints. The successful candidate will have previous complaint handling experience, ideally as an internal complaint handler. You will have strong problem-solving skills and be able to make appropriate decisions, whilst putting the customer first. It is important thatyou have strong communication skills to be able to build rapport and provide clear updates regarding each case. You will need to have strong attention to detail and understand the correct process and policies to follow.
