Our lovely Client based in North Bristol is currently recruiting for a Recruiter to start ASAP until at least March possibly longer.ROLE PURPOSE:To assist the Recruitment Manager in the provision of a comprehensive, professional and proactive recruitment service.Provide end to end recruitment service for technical and non-technical roles with guidance from Recruitment Manager.MAIN ACTIVITIES:Recruitment ServiceAssist managers in developing recruitment plans for non-technical roles.Ensure that recruitment campaigns are appropriately authorised.Identify suitable candidates, assessments and selection criteria.Write and publish job adverts.Co-ordinate interviews and assessment activities such as interviews. Interview and assess when required with guidance from Recruitment Manager.Provide feedback to managers and candidates on assessment outcomes.Maintain contact with candidates throughout process, answer or escalate (as appropriate) candidate queries.Administration & ReportingEnsure that candidate records on Oracle system are up to date.Maintain records and report progress of recruitment activities.Ensure that all pre-employment records are up to date and organised.Ensure job descriptions are up to date and stored appropriately.Ensure that all recruitment filing is kept up to date.This Job Description is not an exclusive or exhaustive list of all activities that an individual in this position may be asked to perform. Qualifications/ExperienceExperience of maintaining a candidate tracking system.Experienced in recruitment and selection.Behavioural CompetenciesHighly organised and excellent attention to detail.Inquisitive disposition, with good investigative skillsEnthusiastic and proactive.Confident in approach and dealing with people at all levels within the organisation.Good team worker. Also able to work independently.Excellent verbal and communication skills.Excellent customer service skills.Highly professional and conscientious.Keen to learn and willing to learn.Solve problems and have a creative attitude when addressing problems.
