Technical Support Engineer - Ely - Perm - £CompDo you have a technical mind within the world of Photonics and Life Science Are you able to effectively communicate with and support global teams and customers Are you a collaborator able to feedback on new concepts and design Are you a forward thinker with a passion for scientific advancement and continuous developmentAs a global manufacturer with a vast portfolio of photonic tools and systems, my client is looking for a driven and forward thinking Technical Support Engineer to share in their commitment to their UK customers across the Academic, Government and Commercial sectors.Working within their purpose built facility in Ely, you will work closely with Engineering and Technical Support teams on local and global levels to provide front-line customer support. Using your understanding of production and engineering processes, and acquired customer insight, you will provide feedback on new product concepts and design, and also be instrumental in identifying new product opportunities.
