Job Description

This company is the UKs largest supplier of a wide range of seeds including Oriental vegetables, herbs and microgreens. With their customers, society, and the environment at the heart of what they do, this company is constantly looking to innovate and improve.As the Procurement and Stock Management Officer you will have the ability to make your mark on this role and company though developing processes to help improve the customer experience.Based in Ely, this role will be paying between £23,000-£28,000pa and offers fantastic benefits including, an annual bonus in the region of £3000 per annum, access to childcare and private health insurance.What are the key responsibilities of this role

  • Controlling and managing stock levels across locations
  • Ensuring databases are up to date and accurate with stock data
  • Forecasting and reporting the demand for products
  • Purchasing seeds for UK and Spain operations
  • Maintaining relationships with new and existing suppliers
  • Supporting the Import and Export team with requirements including documentation
  • General Administrative duties to support the wider commercial team
