Job Description

Photocopier Technician Are you a Photocopier or Print Technician / Engineer that has worked in a field-based role but would now like to settle in an office based position but still use your technical skillsDo you want to be closer to friends and family without the pressures of travelling the countryWe are looking for a skilled Photocopier or Print Technician to provide a returns and service support across a wide range of photocopiers based at the Head Office in Ely.Start: ASAPLocation: Ely, CambridgeshireSalary: up to £28,000 dependant on experienceHours: Full Time Monday - FridayDuration: PermanentBenefits:

  • Working hours Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm with one hour for lunch, unpaid.

Duties:
  • Removal of high value parts from returned photocopiers
  • Keeping a log of all returned parts and stock that has been removed
  • Providing stock to field-based engineers for returned parts
  • Use of the stock system for updating of part numbers and stock control
  • Update documentation after data has been removed from devices
Skills and Experience Required:
  • Sound methodical fault-finding experience
  • Experience of working on or with printers and photocopiers
  • Able to work with a minimum of supervision and pay close attention to detail
  • Have a methodical approach to working
  • Good team-player with a flexible approach
  • Willing and able to help out where required.
  • Physically fit as role involves some lifting.
