Are you an experienced HR professional looking for your next move Would you like to be part of a unique and successful family run organisation Does the idea of being able to shape and mould your HR function excite you If so, we have the role for you.Our client was established in 1980 and over the past 30 years has grown their organisation to be highly respected and a leader in their field. In 2017 they moved to new premises on the outskirts of Ely with a strong focus on sustainability and green energy.They have now identified the need to bring an HR Manager into the team to help support them for the future. With the basics of an HR function already established, you will have a blank canvas to bring your brilliant ideas of how to engage, develop and communicatewith your employees, enhancing their working lives and helping the company develop for the future.Ideally you will have a solid background in HR, be organised, proactive and engaging and not afraid to roll your sleeves up and get into the detail. In return you will receive a competitive salary, performance related bonus and the chance to really makea difference to an organisation.The role is based on site and will be working 30 hours per week.
