Job Description

Maintenance Manager (Manufacturing / Facilities)£40,000 - £45,000 + 4-Day Week + Company BenefitsEly, CambridgeshireAre you a Maintenance Manager, Supervisor or similar from a Manufacturing or Facilities background looking to head up a small team, for a long-standing manufacturer offering a 4-day working weekDo you have a good understanding of Health and Safety and are looking to implement your expertise, heading up a tight-knit maintenance teamOn offer is a great opportunity to lead the maintenance and health & safety drive within a growing component manufacturer.In this role you will be in responsible for coordinating a team of 4, managing their workload and overseeing the maintenance of machinery and facilities. You will be producing risk assessments and budgets, overseeing contractors, and managing the health& safety of the site. Full environmental training can be given to allow you to become an expert in your field.This company has been established for almost fifty years and have consistently adapted to remain at the forefront of their industry. They provide a service that is individual to each client and supply into a variety of industries including automotive, aerospace,and medical.This role would suit somebody who has a background in manufacturing or facilities management and is looking for a 4-day working week within a long-standing manufacturer.The Role:

  • Overseeing maintenance of machinery, equipment, and site facilities
  • Budgeting, scheduling, and supervising a small team and contractors
  • Monday to Wednesday, 7:30am - 5:15pm, finish at 4:45pm on Thursday
The Person:
  • Maintenance Supervisor, Manager or similar
  • Manufacturing or facilities background
  • Health and Safety understanding
