In order to ensure our crews are able to constantly deliver this high standard of care, we are looking to recruit a LeadAmbulance Crew to support the team at our PANDR, Cambridge hub. As Lead Crew, you will be expected to provide expertise in the provision of quality patient care, guiding and coaching crew in the delivery of safe clinical care.To enable this to happen, youwill need to lead by example and have a proactive approach in implementing and adhering to all policies and procedures and ensuring that the crews do the same. About You: Alongside being able to demonstrate our HEART values, you will.
