Job Description

We are delighted to be working with this Ely based company. They are recruiting for an IT Technician to join their team on a full time, permanent basis with options of hybrid working.Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support for remote and in-office staff
  • Microsoft windows and server administration
  • Developing and maintaining the IT systems and infrastructure
  • Set up new starters on IT systems
  • Assist antivirus and security maintenance
  • Help manage suppliers and equipment procurement
The successful candidate will have:
  • Experience in similar role (2 years +)
  • Proficient in Active Directory, Exchange and M365
  • Knowledge of Networking, Cyber Essentials, Anti-virus and Backup
  • Excellent troubleshooting abilities
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
