Job Description

Your responsibilities will include gathering data and evidence, organising information, and analysing financial results and processes to provide insightful findings and recommendations,to support business decisions and projects.The role requires ongoing collaboration with business leaders and local finance teams to drive efficiency, improvements and to promote best practice and compliance. On occasion you will be required to travel to the European offices in Sweden, France, andGermany.Duties & Responsibilities of the Finance Analyst:

  • Perform a variety of analytical work to identify and understand business drivers, with focus on efficiencies and value creation.
  • Evaluate financial performance of local entities and EU business functions.
  • Monitor compliance with standards and procedures and identify any potential risks.
  • Communicate and collaborate with a range of business functions.
  • Assist in development of modern standards, policies, and procedures in the finance areas.
  • Coordinate and enhance entity level and consolidated reporting requirements, to include budget variance analysis, cost controls and forecasts.
  • Assist in annual budget processes and forecasting at both local and European level and ensuring ownership and accountability are maintained throughout.
  • Assist in year-end processes and audit at local entities and European level.
  • Drive continuous improvements and root-cause analysis culture within finance and other business functions.
Requirements for the Finance Analyst:
  • Proven experience in management accounting or a similar role
  • Degree in Finance / Business Administration or Professional Accounting Qualifications
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Experience with EPR systems
  • Highly organised and able to work on multi entity level initiatives.
  • Keen learner with agile approach to work
  • Language skills desirable (German, French or Swedish)
