We have a new opportunity for a Facilities/ Groundsperson to join a growing Ely based company.You will maintain all outdoor spaces at our Ely site, including:* Grass mowing and maintenance* Flower bed weeding, watering and maintenance* Maintaining trees / shrubs* Litter collecting and disposal of waste materials* Sweeping / cleaning hard surfaces* Gritting and winter maintenance* Painting* General repairs* Gutter / drain cleaning* Window cleaning* Organising the yard* Line painting and marking* Assistance with general building maintenance* Produce maintenance schedules and Standard operating procedures About You:* Strong DIY / garden maintenance skills* Ideally some grounds maintenance experience* Enthusiasm for grounds maintenance and a desire to expand grounds maintenance skill set* Ability to multitask, time manage and work independently* Good computer skills including Microsoft office would be useful* Good verbal and written communication skills* Ability to take initiative and identify / solve problemsStart: Immediate Hours: 39 hours per week.
