A Fantastic opportunity has become available for a Digital Marketing and E-Commerce Specialist to join a thriving marketing team within a growing organisation. This role will be working closely with the Marketing Manager yet taking ownership of putting togethercreative digital marketing and e-commerce strategies. Start: ASAP Location: Outskirts of Ely, Cambridgeshire Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 5:30pm and Fridays 8:30am - 4pm - flexible on hours Benefits: 29 days holiday (holiday allowance rises at 3 years service, 5 years service, and 10 years of service), Birthday off, Pension Scheme, Employee of the month, Regular social events, long service awards, Training programmes, Refer a friend scheme andlots more. Duties will include: - Working alongside the Marketing Manager to create and build digital marketing plans - Manage the development, functionality, and continuous improvement of the company website and B2B portal - Implement digital advertising campaigns which will deliver on key objectives such as ROAS, sign ups and returning user - Analysing customer journeys to improve the effectiveness of the website and SEO performance - Designing targeted email marketing via Mail Chimp - Owning Social Media campaigns across all platforms - Regularly researching competitor activity - Working with the Marketing Manager on marketing budgets - Creating bespoke E-Commerce marketing strategies for the year but updated on a quarterly basis - Reporting and tracking key achievements to weigh up the returned success - Monitor SEO performance, implementing best practice standards for the customers ensuring compliance with data protection legislations - Working closely with the sales team to identify and implement E-commerce opportunities - Identifying wats to improve company brand performance and drive customer engagement - Resolving any content issues with the key customers websitesSkills and Experience Required: - HTML Coding experience is a MUST - 1-2 years experience within Digital Marketing - Experience working with Software Developers - Good communication skillsIf you have not received a response within 3-5 working days, unfortunately your application has been unsuccessful.
